Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

Terminal Pickup / Liftgate / Residential Delivery

Front End Conversions, Engines, and Transmissions marked as Free Shipping will be shipped as freight to the nearest terminal based on your ZIP code (within the 48 lower states). Contact us via phone, email, or text to locate the nearest or most cost-effective terminal.

When picking up freight from the terminal, ensure your vehicle is forklift accessible. Engines and transmissions are shipped on a 48x40x36” skid. Front end conversions are shipped on a larger pallet (~40x72x48”). We recommend a long-bed pickup truck or a U-Haul for transport.

Liftgate, tailgate, and residential services incur surcharges. Please check the appropriate box when calculating shipping during checkout.
Note: Clients must notify us in advance if these services are needed. We recommend avoiding residential delivery due to all the problems it has given us previously.

Where We Ship

We ship to the continental United States and Canada.
(For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico – contact us for a quote. Rates typically range from $500–$800.)


Tracking Number

A valid tracking number will be emailed or texted to you once the item ships. Please note that it may take a few hours for the shipping company to update their system. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 24 hours and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us immediately.

We do our best to provide you with actual photos of your packaged item to help you confirm its condition and ensure transparency throughout the shipping process.

Tracking will be provided via email once your order has shipped.


Delivery Schedule

Carriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 8 PM. The shipping company may call you to schedule a delivery window.

Important: If you are not available at the time of delivery, Global JDM Auto Parts is not responsible for additional delivery charges.


When Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the package before signing for it. If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery or ensure the damage is noted on the delivery slip. If you accept the package without noting visible damage, the carrier may deny any claims.

If your package is damaged or missing items, contact us within 24 hours at 1-(905)-460-9797. Claims cannot be filed after that time.
