Warranty Policy

Global Jdm Auto Parts warranties any used engines from date of purchase as defined below:

1. Used Replacement Engines – 30 Days
We recommend replacing the timing belt and water pump since these are used motors and the engine is out of the vehicle already — it would be easier to swap.
IF FOUND THAT PERFORMANCE ENGINES ARE ABUSED OVER THE DURATION OF WARRANTY TIME — WARRANTY IS VOID
2. Rotary Engines (Mazda RX-7 13BT/13BTT/20B) – No Warranty
3. All Electronic/Electrical Parts – No Warranty
4. Used Performance Transmissions – No Warranty
5. Used Replacement Transmissions – 30 Days
6. Used Front End Conversions – No Warranty

Warranty Covers:

Internal engine parts including block, cylinder barrels, and cylinder heads. These are guaranteed to be free of cracks or distortion, otherwise replacement will be provided.

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

Electrical components
Sensors
Pumps
Pulleys
Belts
Wiring
Engine mounts
Axle shafts
Shift linkage
Wire harness
Distributor components
Gaskets
Plastic trim pieces
Computers
Turbocharger units

Warranty is Void If:

Engine is disassembled (e.g., head removed from block)
Engine is redlined or competitively raced
Insufficient oil supply
Overheating (unless caused by an internal engine issue)
Damage from improper installation
Labor for installation/removal of any parts
Engine modified with NOS, turbo, or supercharger not originally designed for it
Failure of emissions/smog testing
Any towing, freight, or delivery charges

Global Jdm Auto Parts will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from loss of use, time, inconvenience, commercial losses, labor charges, or other related costs.

Sales Policy

All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
Refused/returned orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on disputed items.
Any items sent "Collect" will be refused.
