Return Policy at a Glance
30-day window from the date your order was picked up or delivered.
Shipping returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged parts must be reported on the same day as pickup or delivery.
Parts must be in original, uninstalled condition with the original box and labels. (otherwise return is void).

Damaged parts must be reported same day as pickup or delivery. If you are reporting this after that date, your request may not be accepted. We also inspect packages while in our possession — please include photos below.
Shipping returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the part, we'll process your refund or exchange within 2–3 business days.
